Client Over MIPT Limit

      Hello,

      I am assisting a client with an MCA crisis plan. Client’s AIF provided me with gross income information. We went ahead and purchased the MCA. Now, I have received information which indicates that we are about $30 over Oklahoma’s limit for an MIPT. Is there anything that can be done so that the client will be deemed otherwise eligible and the penalty period can begin running? Thanks in advance.
