ABOUT THIS WEBINAR

Watch This Insightful Webinar and Earn CLE*

As the demand for Medicaid planning continues to grow, estate planning attorneys are increasingly asked to help clients protect their assets from the rising costs of long-term care.

One of the most effective strategies for achieving Medicaid eligibility and minimizing estate recovery risks is the use of a carefully structured irrevocable trust.

When combined with an appropriate long-term care insurance policy, this approach provides clients with greater financial security and flexibility in the event that long-term care becomes necessary.

This webinar features WealthCounsel‘s Zach Bloxham, J.D., and Krause’s Jim Wolverton, J.D.! They will provide a comprehensive review of:

  • Key components of an irrevocable trust
  • Provisions for tax benefits, lifetime beneficiaries, and funding considerations
  • Long-term care insurance options that align with future Medicaid and estate planning goals

Learn how to integrate irrevocable trusts and long-term care insurance into a well-rounded estate planning strategy!
